We now have a genuine war on terror happening somewhere besides HERE. We have a different view of the situation in Iraq. It is not a War on Terror. War on any Concept is just marketing, as I have said numerous times. The situation in Iraq is an attempt to build a democracy in Arabia (I think, George isn't really to good at getting out this message). And again, since the publicly declared basis for the situation in Iraq was not that (it was primarily to remove Saddam and his non-existant WMDs), maintaining the nation building in Iraq is that much more difficult.
