probably so. i just don't think San Antonio is a canary in the coal mine--pricing there never got out of hand in the first place, and it is way cheaper than most of the country. also, in general, i think Texas is on a different cycle from the rest of the country a bit, especially the energy-heavy places like Houston. i think it will be more interesting if/when we see prices crash in bubble markets like SoCal.

The thing about PULTE is that they said just weeks ago that cuts would ONLY occur in Las Vegas. No other markets were affected.
Two weeks later, they are offering 8-10% cuts in San Antonio.
