TP, The answer is to make the UN more effective, not to accept chaos as the only way.

How do you suppose we do that, when most of the member nations are governed more by self-interest than by a vision of globalization?

Junior and the neocons think they can substitute an American empire for international order.

The U.N. has always been accused of being a puppet organization for American interests. Either way, "international order" has always taken an American tone because that's what the big dog knows best.
