You stated your case well. I don't think I'll comment because you appear 100% firm in your conviction, and I don't sense any dialogue will change that.

FWIW, I largely agree with your emphasis on deflation on the horizon, but I don't share your degree of certainty (possibly because you are wiser than I). Do I think the U.S. financial system is the same as that of Nazi Germany's in the early 1920's? No. Can I find similarities? Yes. Do I feel 100% certain that if debt deflation threatens that the U.S. Government won't adopt unconventional policy means to put money (literally print money) into consumer hands to stimulate aggregated demand? No. Look at what they've done so far. Do I think such unconventional policy measures are the most likely policy response? No.

Anyway, though I largely share your perspective, different opinions are what makes a market. Good luck with yours.
