Yes, I heard about it on CSPAN.

Btw, "cannot wait" for the B.C. Assembly publishing
what they have been doing for the last 2-3 weeks.

They started out by mainly considering just the
(local) election system, now they must consider how it
interacts with other parts of the "total process"
(up to how governments are formed, decisions made,
etc,etc..)

Additionally how the "change" can be done without
causing "chaos" or "loopholes for manipulation".

My point is that the present "system" in USA is
so "perfectly optimized" (to be a two-party system)
that it is often called a "catch-22-party system
