No, Finland, but I have been "fascinated" with different
election systems ever since I understood how the swedish
differs from the one we have.

However, it was difficult to learn until "the internet"
came around, and still is.

But the "best" is this "thing" going on in B.C. Canada.

160 citizens are using all weekends during this year to

- learn
- inform (back home)
- produce two (three??) suggestions for reform
- part of a referendum in 2005.

In addition to written material, all lectures, most
meetings are audio-video archived on internet
