The two-party system of UK fell apart already with the Falkland funny stuff. If anything, it was more transparent then, Thatcher and the tories for any war, and Labor providing the cannon feeding from the wars, the ditches of WW1, on the other side. Well, it actually started from the fact that only "a woman" could "serve the empire", as no man was a possibility. PS Besides the Falkland, additionally Murdoch and his deal with Thatcher, the MilkSnatcher, the reason Thatcher got elected "by mistake" and the reason the tories almost disappeared.. (Murdoch later on did the Newt Gingrich deal) PPS Ask almost anyone in Scotland.. (because they are still, somewhat patiently, waiting, will they declare independency and euro-membership or not)
