It happened to Al Gore last election. Oh, you said skewered. I thought you said screwed. <G> To be fair, most CEOs are Republicans. Many entrepreneurs are Democrats, but innovation requires more brains than wearing a gray flannel suit. Which I happen to have on today.

Is the wireless industry really this strong, or does the bubble live in certain sectors even more than 1999-2000?

Why didn't we all buy this in Oct, 2002? What is that -- like $4 to $88 with a split also? That's a retirement maker!

If O'Reilly ends up being what this woman portrays, perhaps the thieves who hold gold hostage will also "Come to justice??" If so, we just might see your vision of an American economy in ruins.

Spitzer never did follow up on the Weill investigation(s). Seems right after Ruben got the vice chair job at Citicorp, big fires became little ones and ended with that small sentence for Frank Quattrone, which wasn't really one of Spitzer's targets in the first place.

Sandy is big, but his lean isn't clear as he contributes his and Citicorp's funds across both parties.

It's clear where Rubin's head is, and I cannot blame him for that. If Kerry wins, it's pretty certain he'll be either Treasury Secy or the next FED head.
