Russia's Vladimir Putin accuses Kerry voters of encouraging world-wide terrorism. Putin stated yesterday that the terrorists will interpret a win for Kerry as victory for their own cause, and it would thereby embolden their attacks.
Looks as though Kerry has lost one of his imagined "foreign-heads-of-state" friends.
