MINNESOTA Community College expensive at around
$120 / credit or unit. It seems most other US states' community college tuition is $60 / credit or unit or slightly less than that.

California community college tuition the last time I heard was $20 / credit or unit. What a bargain!!!

Just my two cents again...

<<As a renter here, I would not want to pay for OVERPRICED housing in MINNESOTA where it gets very humid during Summer and gets down to -20f during WINTER.>>

Oh, I dunno....ever try to score a decent plate of lutefisk in Tempe?<grin>

Agree with your post on all counts though. If natural gas and heating oil stay up at these prices, and especially if we have a cold winter, there will be all kinds of reevaluating going on in the frost belt.
