LOL!!! When I was in the Aleutians, Reeves Aleutian had the keys. THey were later absorbed by Alaska.

Oh, and the USAF at certain islands. Thing is, the USAF cancelled fairly often because of bad weather. Reeves NEVER did. Those guys were amazing!

You got it! I hate landing at Sitka. The runway is built out of fill and isn't an inch longer than it has to be. If it's windy, the wing tips toward the water just before landing and you can see yourself swimming in it.

Once landing at Petersburg the plane landed so hard the flight attendant said "We have successfully attacked Petersburg." You can look out the window and see trees going by that you swear you could throw a rock to they're so close.
