O'Reilly appears to have landed squarely in the Spin Zone.

I never worked in an environment where I was supervising a lot of women. But I always swore that if I did, I would try to have a third party in the room when I talked to any for more than a minute. If that was not possible, have a recorder going and keep the tape for a year. I knew women who filed suits the minute they got fired, just as a matter of course.
