"Buy points for those who have not been following his advice to be fully invested since March 2003."

Sort of like, if you don't like this advice, here is a modified version!

If you have an IRA, do you give a dang if the money is new or old? All that matters should be is it in the market or in fixed income. Isn't Brinker that one who says to not let the tax tail wag the investment dog?

BTW, Do you have an update of your table that shows all of his buy levels back to 1990?
