LIAR. Kerry is the #11 most "liberal" member of senate and has been less and less liberal since the 70's and 80's. Clinton centrist policies impressed him greatly and he has matured a lot since the 80's. He was also affected by 9-11, as we all were. Kerry is a fiscal conservative compared to Bush and has voted for every weapon system we are currently using. Bush's own CIA chief wanted twice as many cuts in Intel as Kerry. Zell Miller and Kerry have the exact same budget voting record.
