Bush, by everyone's admission, explained it in detail to the UN. He didn't explain anything. He lied through his teeth. That doesn't help him think his policies through, it only makes friends not trust in him anymore. TP

Nobody says your friends have to go along with the explanation or the actions, but the very act of explaining it means that you have thought it out. You are just bullheaded. Bush, by everyone's admission, explained it in detail to the UN. Everyone understood it -- the UN had passed resolutions, Saddam thumbed his nose, which he knew he could do, because he was paying everyone from Chirac to Annan's son off. And he also didn't have any WMDs. Does the truth stand for anything in your world?
