I don't have a link to it, and haven't seen the Ashley ad myself (I don't watch television, only encourages the bastards).

But from what I have read it is a teenage girl who lost a family member in 9/11. At a Bush rally she gets to meet Bush and they hug each other, and she says

"He's the most powerful man in the world and all he cares about is protecting me"

I imagine it is a very effective ad, a man comforting a young girl is a very powerful image.
