The mother is not of great concern to me, she should have known better. However, she is carrying a child that is totally and completely innocent of what the child's mother has done.

I think the child is entitled to free health care if the mother cannot provide it. How could the unborn child possibly provide for itself? It can't.

You cannot provide health care to the child without providing health care to the mother; conversely, if you neglect to provide health care to the mother, you are also neglecting the child.

You cannot profess deep concern for the welfare of these unborn children, and then simply wash your hands of them when it comes to health care.
