You are making baseless assumptions. He prolly don't want to put up with people like you who assume guilt. People who have heard little evidence and one side of the story and have convicted O'reilly already.

Personally, if he did it, he should own up to it and move on. No biggie. If he is gonna drag it out and lie and then some tapes or other irrefutable evidence shows up, then he deserves to lose his career.
