Such nonsense, terrorists have made headway in Iraq because the president engaged the country with insufficient troops. As Powell told the president on many occassion prior to the invasion, "Are you prepared to own Iraq after the war is over."

Seriously, you are deluded if you think they are going to be happy with Kerry's policies. They aren't.
