I don't think it will come down to whether Bill sexually harassed her.

I think it is more a Marv Alpert situation; evidence that he engages (or wishes to engage in) sexual activities that many consider "immoral" will be enough to destroy him.

I think that is what this is really about ... not that they can prove harassment, but that they can prove some kinky desires and behavior.
