"The Euro is the only other currency which really matters" Dummy, the EU without the UK, which has its own currency, accounts for only 16% of our exports and imports. Canada alone accounts for significantly more than that and NAFTA as a whole makes up 37% of our exports and 29% of imports. And don't forget the rest of the western hemisphere at another 6-7%. Then there's Asia at 29% of exports and 39% of imports. Have you forgotten about Asia? The value of the dollar is not simply a matter of how much you pay for cheese in France, moron. The Euro is a small part of the equation.
