You actually talked to people there about their retirement program? Sure.

I have distant relatives there, some who are retired and some who soon will be. I've even checked on what it would take to retire there myself. It is the most spectacular place I have ever seen, both modern and unspoiled at the same time.

Of course if the Gulf Stream stops due to global warming it could get much colder there than I am used to.
