<charity worker> Sad thing that neither US nor UK agreed on setting up a legal system for charity and aid workers, for when CIA knocks on their door (that is, a legal system for closing the door and calling a lawyer) Same thing for UN UNSCOM workers. PS If you did not know, one of older problems, one reason why european aid workers do not like to live too close to those from USA. However, it is true, it does not help in darkest Africa, out in the jungle. PPS However, Saddam had to handle all that stuff, too. However, in this case it could just be a case of women??
