Lots of extra workshop area and Mrs. RR has one whole side designated for her storage room. I scored points with that idea for Mrs RR. She kept saying we didn't need anything that big, so I just happened to mention "her" storage area. (g)

You are a very smart person!
Good thinking.

30 x 80 is a great big space.
How are you going to light it up inside?

If you have enough height, might want to go with
Metal Halide low bay type fixtures.
They make them with a wide circular plastic diffuser
that really spreads that bright white light out nicely.

They are more economical than fluorescent lighting but
take a little while (few minutes) to get bright.

We've been installing these fixtures in several
warehouses and factories.

I always find that working on my car is a whole lot easier
when it is lit up bright enough to see...

Sounds like you will be able to have a few projects
going on at a time and still have room for that old
tractor of yours and the Bubba truck.
