Nobody 'exchanges' young American lives. Unless you think FDR exchanged young American lives for European liberty or Washington exchanged young American lives for a little sovereignty.

Regarding oil, it is a strategic resource that fuels our economy and heats our homes. We need it and pay handsomely for it. The only thing getting exchanged for oil is cash.
