BEcause bs pork was added to that bill....some people actually read what they sign and/or approve...duh!

edit - unlike that underachiever in the WH who failed to read warnings of an impending attack but instead mulled over his pet goat forever while the country was under attack.

ummmm you forgot something. Kerry voted against the 87 billion about 8 months after mission accomplished.. Bush is the one who sent the troops in without the equipment they need.
