if Scott Peterson is found guilty, did he kill one OR two people?

IMO, I think the courts have enough on their plates just to convict him of killing his wife. I don't know that our court system is ready or can handle the protection of potential (and the unborn) life.

I think if you are a person of faith, then you can be sure Scott Peterson is not going to get away with anything.
