What did Bush do in August when Chiron first reported that they would be short? You don't know? I thought so. He did nada! Too busy protecting americans...btw, the flu kills 36K people/year in the US alone....the equivalent of dozen 9/11s Yup. Someone already has noted that the flu is the only foreign substance that presents a real threat to the US this year. But even as we post, Mr. Cheney and Mr. Bush are hunkered down over some map trying to figure out where and when the next terrorist outbreak will occur in the US. ted

But I wish you wouldn't interject reason into the discussion of the WAR ON TERRORISM. Folks are way too preoccupied with their fears and patriotism to be distracted by reason.
