What he calls it (yellow cake vs enriched uranium) is significant in making the case. However, he recognized his error in mixing up the terms. So that in and of itself does not constitute a lie.

Certainly, we didn't consider Kerry a liar for mixing up OBL and Saddam in one of his speeches, simply a natural mistake that was quickly corrected and did not all by itself make the context of his statements fraudulent.
