The reporter in question, Farnaz Fassihi, is a "she" not a "he". "Editor and Publisher" is hardly a political mouthpiece and the writer, Greg Mitchell, has confirmed the authencicity of the document with Paul Steiger, Managing Editor of the Wall Street Journal. If you have doubts, why not call the Wall Street Journal or email Paul Steiger, managing editor of the Wall Street Journal and confirm the story? The Journal's editorial email address is: wsj.ltrs@wsj.com. No doubt he is a reporter, but why not sign it Dan Rather? Again, if the WSJ doesn't publish then the story is a scam, made up by any liberal hypocrite. Dirty tricks abound in this campaign. It's become a black art in politics. The problem is that both sides must do it to balance the other...a sad state of affairs, but nothing new.
