Following from local board,is it true?:Kerry Promises to End Terrorist Warnings Author: Kerry for Ratcatcher - 10/20/2004 In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, John Kerry promises that he will do away with the Department of Homeland Security's color-coded terrorist threat warning system. He says he would replace it with a system that informs police departments about terrorist threats and leaves the American citizens uninformed. This, apparently, is consistent with his view that terrorism is a law enforcement issue.
