Import the ethanol where it can be produced more efficiently. Basically stopping sending money to the OPEC countries and send it to the countries in the tropical belt. Most likely Brazil. Have you ever run out of coffee in your supermarket? Has the price of coffee been volatile? Have you ever met a Brazilian who wanted to die for any cause? We are just more dependable. I bet you've never seen a Brazilian advocating the women to be covered head to toe!
