Busb took no action against terrorists. ignored the USS Cole, ignored frequent warnings, disbanded the counter-terror desk in the WH, called off FBi investigations into the Saudis, protected the Saudis first thing after 9-11, even Bin Lauden's family. Bush is a fraud when it comes to fighting terror. He even called a cease fire and let Osama get away at Tora Bora. What a fraud and wimp. Bush sucks Saudi kneecaps.
