Kerry will be quick to declare victory on election night and begin defending it Or he could just declare victory and declare his cabinet before the polls even close.

We're going to hear a lot of this pre-emptive whining from both sides before November 2nd. I just pray that the electoral college will function as designed - i.e., turn a slight win into a rout. If it's not close, the lawyers won't be able to drag it out for a month.
