I have never met anybody from "A state called the Republic of China" but I have met plenty of people representing the Government of Taiwan -- Taiwan exists and is part of China. Where would I find this mythical country to which you keep referring? Is it like the nation state called the Basque? Is it like Quebec? Or is it like Atlantis? I can't find "A state called the Republic of China" anywhere, and yet you insist it exists. Perhaps I just don't have your highly developed imagination.
