So what was the name of this government job program that was so successful out there? Were the jobs directly government created (like CETA or some Welfare to Work programs) or was it a program that involved tax credits or incentives to various industries to provide private sector jobs?

BTW my early experiences weren't painful, they were difficult and challenging. They made me strong and determined to succeed.
