OK, you've got Kerry spending $15B+ on a tunnel. You've got Bush spending $500-$600B on a dysfunctional drug entitlement. Roughly 37 times as much.

And the Bush bill forbids drug imports from Canada. Just encouraging drug imports from Canada would have saved seniors more money than the "benefit", and saved the government $500-$600 billion.

At least a tunnel has a purpose.
