What plans do the 4 NK neighbors, SK, Russia, Japan, and China have now that they are fully cooperating in discussions and incidentally have NK fully surrounded? The best we can do is contain NK. I think we make a mistake in making the leader the reason for the problem. Saddam stayed in power because he had a lot of Sunnis that wanted him running things, and profited by it. So does Kim. Getting rid of Kim would not solve the problem. Invasion is a last choice. The SK casualties would be horrific. We would attack only if he hit someone with a nuke, or invaded SK.
