I looked at a chart yesterday in the DMN, and it showed the dramatic increase in spending in the area of Influenza Related funding by Pres. Bush after years of flat spending by Clinton..

Example, Clintons budget for this in 1999 was 23.4 million...the budget for 2004 by Prs. Bush is 215 million.
