If we are forced to let Congress decide, that is what the Founders put into place. People could use a history lesson.

Kerry majority, tied in the electorial, and the Republican house elects Bush. Almost civil war out of that one.

What do we do about fraudulent votes? Some states have provisions for ID to be shown at both registration...and before voting. Some have neither, is my understand.

If there is even one fraudulent vote, that means some other person, somewhere is being deprived of their vote....

Who is checking all registrations and all voters in every precinct in the US?

If we find that there has been any severe fraudulent registrations and votes, hopefully there will be severe penalties, both to the States that allowed them, to the person, if any, who helped to register the fake voter, and to the voter themselves. PLUS I think each of these 3 groups should have to pay TRIPLE ALL the Legal Fees in the process of determining the truth of the matter.

But then, WDIK?
