I think it's a mistake to make these kinds of predictions. Invariably, most predictors will end up with egg on their face. Maybe, if we could watch the trial on court tv and view the evidence I might feel differently.

And then there is also the obvious. Elgindy is innocent until proven guilty. Many of your guesses will be assuming the opposite. To me, it's just a question of fair play.
