Chuck,

I can't disagree with you, but I try to keep all my information streams open. Unlike the Left (or "liberals" or whatever name they DO NOT wish to sport), I think getting lots of information from all sources, provided they have minimum credibility, is key. I won't read anything by Molly Ivins, or Michael Moore, or Michael Savage, for that matter. But if one is only reading the WSJ, or the Washington Times, or listening to talk radio, one ain't getting much information, either.

Krugman's crime in this piece, it seems to me, is laziness; it's just a paste-up job of an "opinion" piece. Brooks (I don't honestly know where he is on the political spectrum, but like Friedman, I tend to think he is thoughtful, and I like that) showed clearly what the draft debate is really all about: ludicrous mud slung by the Democrats.
