My thoughts are as they always have been. The right says that the liberals control the media. That it's way out of proportion in right to left.

My experience is that it is the other way. I do not hear one radio station that supports John Kerry with their talk show commentators: Rush Limbaugh,Sean Hannity and others.. AND at night when I can get more radio stations I cannot abide listening to the calls that come in and are supported by the hosts.. Would you believe this. One commentator said if Kerry got in he heard that he would paint the White House Pink...

Now this is absurd but I have no doubt that some people listening would really believe this. I don't know why people are so gullible but they seem to be. The worst absurdities are spewed forth.

I think MSNBC has a right to have a position but Sinclair was something different in that it was the OWNER of the stations who decided to air these accusations against Kerry.
It is not that it is wrong to air... but having one person with political leanings toward Bush might have something to do with his decision. It was the inappropriateness of that plus it is a close election and if 9/11 could be aired in contrast maybe that would equalize the scale. Bias and timing. These were the issues...
