I think PBOC and SOES should properly represent themselves and their funding source, though. How would you feel if Alan Greenspan took a bunch of Greenbacks out of the US Treasury, basically gave them to some National Company for low or zero interest, and came over to buy your Sinopec or China Telecom? I think you get the idea.
