Although as more and developing countries grow stronger and richer, the robbery cannot last too much longer, at least not the open robbery. That is, in my understanding, "the end of world as we know it"<g> What you described was true for Chinese state employees more than a decade ago, now they have to work hard, very hard, because they are lucky just to have a job!
