Or maybe it's you who is so hypocritical that you'll blame Bush for anything. All because it's all about "ideology" to you:

Here, from Factcheck.org. I haven't given up on you, but we are running out of time.

Wrong on Flu Vaccine

It's not true, as Bush claimed, that "we took the right action" in blocking "contaminated" influenza vaccine from entering the US.

Actually, it was the British and not the US that blocked shipment. The British Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, according to an Oct. 6 news release, suspended the license of Chiron Corp., the manufacturer of approximately 50% of the U.S. supply.

In fact, the Bush administration seems to have been caught by surprise when Chiron Corp. notified the US Center for Disease Control Oct. 5 that the company wouldn't be shipping the vaccine due to the British action. The US Food and Drug Administration didn't begin an investigation until five days later, according to an FDA news release .

It's also not clear how much of the vaccine is actually contaminated. The British agency said it suspended Chiron's license because of "concerns of possible microbial contamination." And the FDA news release refers to "findings concerning the contamination of some lots."

One of the Bush administration's own experts warned two years ago the country could be headed toward a problem. Unused vaccine can't be saved, which means manufacturers lose (m) millions of dollars. That's prompted calls for government buybacks.

Hey, don't worry. I hear we are making an exception to another of bush's cronyist laws that PROHIBIT drugs importation from Canada . I wonder if the 2M doses of that FRENCH vaccine are safe? What do you think, mr "I'll vote for an evangelican chimpanzee if one runs" ? This guy is actually sooo imcompetent, that, if people were not going to die as a result, it would be funny.

Al

Al, It's a fundamental task...make sure the country has enough flu vaccine. Mr bush, if you are concerned, nay, obsessed, with protecting the citizens of this country, make sure the country has enough flu vaccine.

It's a fundamental task ... make sure fewer people die in car crashes every year. Mr. Bush, if you are concerned, nay, obsessed, with protecting the citizens of this country, make sure the country has enough side-impact air bags for passenger cars. Can he be more incompetent?

In your own words, Ten, what is the responsibility of the president? You clearly don't think he has much impact on the economy; you also seem to believe that alliances with other nations are unimportant and extraneous. And now you seem to believe that protecting American citizens is also not part of his job description.

So what do you think the president should be doing? Talking to God?
