There you go again. The war was doable and many believe that if Rummy didnt go war on the cheap the situation there would be much better off. But why argue about this--we see it differently, i know that. We do agree that post victory the job DOD did was awful. But you say, even the McCain/Hagel approach was doomed to fail. I disagree and if i am right getting saddam out of there would have been worth it. From here where to go is very tricky. I like the idea of and end date so iraquis know where they stand and what they have to do. 9 months-one year from date exit date is given should be enough time. mike
