Ted, The whole concept of Made in America was to provide tax breaks for companies making their products here and in turn providing jobs for Americans as well appealing to American nationalism. OK, if there's a tax break involved, then the damages are pretty clear cut, and I'd have no problem with a lawsuit. The problem with California tort law is that shakedown lawsuits don't need any proof of damage to the public. Tenchusatsu
