They did? How did SH get caught red handed with VX, Sarin and Mustard in 1995? Why did SH kick out all inspectors in 1998. How were inspections exactly working in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 when there were no inspector in country? We saw SH's palaces and the scarm UN oil for food program. How exactly were sanctions working against SH when our allies were cheating on the sanctions?
