I'll take a bubble. At least that means the stock market participants are anticipating big profits (or big suckers which may be the same thing.)

I don't think it takes more than one nuclear device from an errant source to mess up the world. It depends on what it is and from where. Rumor is (I don't know if this is to make excuses for Bush to invade...) that Iran could enrich uranium and give it to a terrorist group.

I don't see why it would but you never know. That's the problem. Even when things look stable the world gets nuts like Bush.
